Osian is a personal finance application that allows you to connect your investment accounts, view your portfolio, and receive AI-powered analysis and educational content about your investments.

Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Osian is an educational and informational tool only. The Service does not provide:

  • Financial planning services
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any securities

Any information, analysis, or suggestions provided by our AI assistant are for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making investment decisions. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any information that changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Linked Financial Accounts

When you connect financial accounts through our Service:

  • You authorize us to access your account information through Plaid
  • We only have read-only access and cannot make transactions
  • You can disconnect accounts at any time
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by your financial institutions

Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Acceptable Use

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
